Dave Brady and his partner, Dan Bettencourt, remodeled the kitchen/laundry room/bathroom area of our home and we are delighted with the outcome and have received numerous complements. The area to be remodeled had last been worked on in the late 80's/early 90's but consisted of spaces that were originally constructed in the late 40's and late 80's. Our goal was to update the spaces with new appliances, lighting, remove a structural column, turn the laundry room into a butler pantry, and improve the traffic flow in the space.
